        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an interim
   order of stay of operation and enforcement of the Judgment and Decree
   dated 24.02.2021 in O.S. No. 22 of 2017 on the file of Subordinate Judge's
   Court, Sulthan Bathery, pending disposal of the above Regular First
   Appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments

There will be an interim order staying the operation and enforcement of the Judgment and Decree dated 24.02.2021 in O.S. No. 22 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court ,Sulthan Bathery, pending disposal of the Regular First Appeal.
