                                  JUDGMENT

The prayer in this writ petition is for a declaration that the petitioner is

entitled to get appointment to the Principal post in the Devi Vilasom Vocational

Higher Secondary School, Thalavoor, and for a further direction to the

respondents to pass orders on the proposal submitted by the Manager.

2. The learned Government Pleader has placed on record, the order

passed by the Directorate rejecting the request.

3. Smt. P.A. Rinusa, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner,

submits that in view of the above, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw this

writ petition reserving her right to challenge the order dated 22.04.2021, if the

petitioner is in any way aggrieved.

Reserving such right, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
