 CON.CASE(C) NO. 1599 OF 2021
                                      -2-

                              JUDGMENT

This contempt petition is filed complaining that the directives

contained in the judgment dated 01.04.2020 in W.P.(C).No.2957/2019, is

not complied with. On 22.10.2021, learned Special Government Pleader

Sri. T.P.Sajan submitted that, steps are taken in accordance with the

directions issued by this Court and sought time for placing an affidavit

along with requisite documents.

2. Today when the matter was taken up, Sri. C.U.Sangeeth,

representing Special Government Pleader Sri. T.P.Sajan, submitted that

already orders are passed and the same is produced before this Court along

with a memo on 28.10.2021. In that view of the matter, even though

orders are passed belatedly, I do not find any reason to pursue this

contempt petition.

The Contempt of Court case is closed accordingly.
