     This OP(C) having come up for orders on 29.10.2021, upon perusing
the letter dated 09.04.2021 of the Sub Judge, Cherthala and this court's
judgment dated 30.11.2020 in the OP(C), the court on the same day passed
the following;

                                   ORDER

As per the judgment dated 30.11.2020 in O.P.(C) 1680 of

2020 this court has directed the learned Sub Judge, Cherthala to

dispose of E.P.No.2 of 2013 in LAR No.18 of 2011 within a period of

four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

Now the learned Sub Judge has sought for, extension of time for a

period of six months to dispose of the matter. As the request is

quite justifiable, time as sought for is granted.

Therefore, the learned Sub Judge, Cherthala shall dispose

of E.P.No.2 of 2013 in LAR No.18 of 2011 within a period of three

months from today. Communicate the order.
