        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further execution proceedings in O.S.No:41/2010#(corrected) before the
   Munsiff's Court, Cherthala, until the disposal of this Original Petition.

        *OS 41/20210 in the interim relief portion is corrected as OS 41 of
   2001 vide order dated 27/09/2021 in IA No.1/2021.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
