                             JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator. He

is operating with the timings settled in the year

2014. Seeking revision of timings in view of the

subsequent developments including introduction of

services by K.S.R.T.C, the petitioner submitted Ext

P2 request before the respondent. The petitioner

seeks for an expeditious consideration of Ext P2.

2. Ext P2 application has been filed in

November, 2019. It is only appropriate that the

application be considered without further delay.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of

directing the respondent to consider and pass orders

on Ext P2 application for revision of timings, with

due notice to all interested, within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
