                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 29th day of October, 2021

In this writ petition, the petitioner espouses a claim under

Rule 51 A and Rule B of the Kerala Education Rules. There was no

representation for the petitioner, when this matter was taken up for

consideration on 25.10.2021 and accordingly, the matter stands posted

today. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the 5th respondent, Corporate

Manager, submitted that the petitioner was given employment as

UPSA under the 5th respondent way back in the year 2011, which is

stated in the counter affidavit preferred by the 5 th respondent and,

therefore, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is closed granting

liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case, any cause of

action survives.
