                            JUDGMENT

When this writ petition came up for consideration in

the defect list, this Court passed the following order on

30.9.2021.

"The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and the legal heirs wants to be impleaded in this writ petition.

Post in the petition list on 12.10.2021. If no steps are taken on or before 12.10.2021, the writ petition will be closed on that date."

2. When this case again came up for consideration

on 12.10.2021, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that

he will file necessary application to implead the legal heirs

of the deceased.

3. Today, the Registry reported that no impleading

petition is filed. There is also no representation for the

petitioner. Probably, there will be no surviving grievance to

the petitioner.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
