        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
   stupulated by this Hon'ble Court for complying the directions contained in
   the judgment dated 05-08-2021 in WP(C)No.20806/2020 for a period of two
   months from 12-10-2021.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's order dated
   05-08-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.T.P SAJAN, Advocate for
   the petitioner/ 1st respondent in IA/WP(C) M/S.S.R.DAYANANDA PRABHU &
   ASWIN PRABHU S.D., Advocates for R1/petitioner in IA/WP(C) and of
   GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R2 in IA/WP(C), the court passed the following:
