           VASANTHI, AGED 58 YEARS, D/O. NANU, MULLEZHATHU VEEDU,
           PRAYAL SOUTH, KLAPANA VILLAGE, KARUNAGAPPALLY TALUK,
           KOLLAM.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to grant one month
   from the this date to appear before the Family Court, Chavara so as to
   comply with the directions contained in order dated 12/02/2021 of this
   Honourable Court in the above case in the interest of justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
   dated 12/02/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.K.I.SAGEER,
   Advocate for the petitioner in IA/OP(FC) and of M/S.K.SIJU & S.SEETHA,
   Advocates for the respondent in IA/OP(FC), the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

In the light of the averments in the IA, we direct the petitioner to

appear before the Family Court, Chavara on 02/11/2021.

I.A. is allowed as above.
