        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to enlarge the period
   of interim order granted as per judgment dated 09-09-2021 for a period of
   2 months from 29-09-2021 in the interest of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's judgment dated
   09-09-2021 in OP(DRT) and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. T.K.VIPINDAS,
   Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.SUNIL SHANKER & SMT.K.ARUNDHATHI,
   STANDING COUNSEL for the respondent 5, the court passed the following:

                                     O R D E R

This is an application for enlarging the period of time granted as per the Judgment dated 09-09-2021 for a period of two months.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent.

In view of the fact that the Debt Recovery Tribunal is not functioning, the time stipulated in the Judgment dated 09-09-2021 shall stand extended by a further period of two months.
