          PAYYANEDAM AMSOM AND DESOM, POST PALLIKUNNU, MANNARKKAD TALUK,
          PALAKKAD DISTRICT-678 583.

   RESPONDENT/1ST RESPONDENT:

          AYISHA BEEVI UMMA, AGED 71 YEARS, D/O.RAYAN, AMBADATH HOUSE,
          PAYYANEDAM AMSOM, MAYILAMBADATH DESOM, PAYYANEDAM POST MANNARKKAD
          TALUK, PALAKKAD DISTRICT-678 583.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and execution of the judgment and decree passed in OS.NO.21/2001 of the
   Munsiff Magistrate Court, Mannarkkad dated 29.02.2016 as confirmed in the
   judgment and decree passed in AS.No.40/2016 of the Additional District
   Court,Ottapalam dated 29.01.2021 and to pass an ad interim order to that
   effect till the disposal of the above Appeal.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 14.07.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.R.SREEHARI,
   Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S.R.HARISANKAR & PARVATHY NAIR,
   Advocates for the Respondent 1, the court passed the following:

                                              ORDER

Interim order stands extended by three months.
