                          J U D G M E N T

The petitioner firm is conducting a three star

hotel. As per Ext.P3, the petitioner sought for issuance

of FL-3 bar licence in terms of Rule 13(3) of the

Foreign Liquor Rules. Though as per Ext.P2

acknowledgment the application was to be ordered on or

before 16.07.2021, the same is still pending

consideration, is the grievance of the petitioner.

2. Without expressing anything on the merits, the

writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 and

2 to consider Ext.P3 application and pass orders thereon

as expeditiously as possible, and at any rate within a

period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy

of this judgment.
