   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment passed in O.P.No.489/2015
   on the file of the Family Court, Kozhikode, pending disposal of the
   Mat.Appeal, in the interest of justice.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.M.MUHAMMED SHAFI and T.RASINI Advocates for the applicant, the
   court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

All further proceedings pursuant to the order in OP 489/2015 on the file of the Family Court, Kozhikode is stayed.
