        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation and implementation of the Judgment of the Learned
   Single Judge dated 9.4.2021 in W.P.(C) No.35005 of 2018 pending disposal
   of the above Writ Appeal.

        This Writ Appeal coming on for orders on 06/10/2021 upon perusing
   the appeal memorandum, the court on the same day passed the following:

Post on 27/10/2021.

By which time, the additional 5th respondent - Principal Secretary to Finance Department, Government of Kerala shall pass the order directed to be passed by the learned Single Judge in the impugned judgment, after hearing the appellant as well as the authorised representative of the college. The copy of the order passed, shall be made available before this court by the learned Government Pleader on 27/10/2021.
