                         JUDGMENT

When this writ petition came up for consideration on

01.09.2021, this Court directed the Registry to issue

notice to the petitioner because the counsel for the

petitioner is no more. Notice issued to the petitioner is

returned after service. There is no appearance for the

petitioner.

In such circumstances, it is clear that the petitioner

is not intending to pursue this writ petition. Therefore

this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
