          SREEKANTHAN, S/O.GOPALA GOWDER, AGRICULTURIST, RESIDING AT
          NEERATTADI HOUSE, PANAMARAM VILLAGE, PANAMARAM P.O., PIN- 670221,
          MANATHAVADY TALUK, WAYANAD DISTRICT.



         Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the judgment dated 31-08-2018 passed in OP(ELE) 04/2015, on the files of
   the District Judge, Wayanad till the disposal of the above case in the
   interest of justice.




        This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 8.4.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. E.M.MURUGAN,
   Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S JIKKU SEBAN GEORGE, ARUN AJAY
   SHANKAR & DEEPTI SUSAN GEORGE, Advocates for the respondent, the court
   passed the following:
