                            JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking directions to the 3 rd

respondent to consider Ext.P2 application preferred by the

petitioner for renewal of his LE-5 license issued under the

provisions of the Explosives Act and Rules. It is submitted that

Ext.P1 license had a validity till 31.03.2021 and that Ext.P2

application has been submitted on 20.02.2021. It is stated that

Ext.P3 report has also been generated on the application and

the same is liable to be considered by the authorities.

2. Having heard the learned Government Pleader also,

there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to take up Ext.P2

application preferred by the petitioner and consider and dispose

of the same, taking note of Ext.P3 representation as well, within

a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
