                                     JUDGMENT

Adv.Nisha George, the learned counsel appearing for

the respondent-Bank, upon instructions, submit that

respondent is willing to extend the time for clearing

the entire liability of Rs.35,08,000/- due from the

petitioner as on 14.09.2021, on condition that the

petitioner deposits an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- [Rupees

Five lakhs only] on or before 20.10.2021 and the

balance amount on or before 31.12.2021 along with

interest and re-registration charges.

2. It is also submitted that if the said amounts are paid

by the petitioner as stipulated above, the entire loan

will stand settled and the property will be re- WP(C) NO. 18890 OF 2021

registered in the name of the petitioner, without any

further delay. The aforesaid submissions are recorded.

No grievance survives and, therefore, the writ petition

is disposed of.
