        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 31.5.2021 in
   O.P.No.699 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Malappuram pending the
   disposal of the Appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
