        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the Judgment dated 18/02/2021 in O.P.No.412/2020
   on the file of the Family Court, Ettumanoor, in the interest of justice.

        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 16/09/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUN SAMUEL,
