JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with following
prayers:
"i) issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, direction or order calling for the records leading to Exhibit P4 Circular of the Government bearing No.1444/H3/2010/PWD dated 31/3/2010 and quashing the same.
ii) issue such other further relief as this Honourable Court deem fit and proper to grant in the circumstances of the case."
2. Today when the matter came up for
consideration, the learned Government Pleader and
the learned counsel appearing for the contesting
respondents submitted that the matter has become
infructuous.
Therefore, this Writ petition is dismissed as
infructuous.
