The above contempt of court case has been filed alleging
con-compliance of the directions of this Court in Annexure A1
judgment dated 3.9.2019 in OP(CAT) No.44/2018.
2. Heard Sri.Antony Mathew, learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner and Sri.Govind K.Bharatan, learned Senior Counsel
instructed by Sri.N.J.Aswin, learned Central Government Counsel
appearing for the respondent Officer.

instructed by Sri.N.J.Aswin, learned Central Government Counsel
appearing for the respondent Officer, submitted on the basis of
instructions that the respondent has already complied with the
directions issued by this Court in Annexure A1 judgment and the
requisite certificate has been issued in favour of the petitioner.
