        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order
   staying all the execution proceedings pursuant to the judgment dated
   28.05.2019 in AS.No.101 of 2017 on the files of the Sub Court,Mavelikara
   arising from the judgment dated 31.01.2013 in OS.No.99 of 1997 on the
   files of the Munsiff's Court,Mavelikara till the disposal of the above
   Regular Second Appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of SRI.R.AZAD BABU, Advocate for the petitioners, the court passed the
   following:

                                              ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

This execution proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 28.05.2019 in AS.No.101 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court,Mavelikara arising from the judgment dated 31.01.2013 in OS.No.99 of 1997 on the files of the Munsiff Court,Mavelikara stand stayed for a period of three months.
