                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 30th day of November, 2021

NB/30-11 The limited relief sought in this Original Petition is

the expeditious disposal of O.P LA (NH) No.383 of 2020

pending on the files of the Additional District Court-II,

Thalassery.

2. In the report called for, learned Additional

District & Sessions Judge - II has stated that at

present the post of Additional District Judge-II,

Thalassery is lying vacant, but as the officer holding

charge, he will take efforts to dispose of the case

within three months, if so ordered by this Court.

3. Having heard the learned Counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for

National Highway Authority of India, and having

considered the fact that the post of Additional District

Judge-II, Thalassery is remaining vacant and another OP(C) NO. 2100 OF 2021

learned Judge is holding charge, the original petition

is disposed of, directing to take sincere efforts to

decide O.P LA (NH) No.383 of 2020 within three

months of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
