        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment dated 29/09/2021 in O.P.No.568/2015 of the Family
   Court,Irinjalakkuda,pending disposal of the above appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof,this court's order
   dated 22/10/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M.A.ABDUL HAKHIM,
