        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the judgment and decree of the Court of the Additional Sub Judge,North
   Paravur in O.S.11/2017 dated 01/10/2019, pending disposal of the above
   appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments

   the petitioners, the court passed the following:

It is submitted that there is a conditional order of attachment over the property effected in the trial court, wherein the defendant is residing. Hence, there will be an order of stay as prayed for, in I.A.1/2021, until next posting date.
