                                 JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator. He

is operating with the timings settled on 21.10.2011.

He has submitted Ext P1 request for revision of

timings. Petitioner seeks for an expeditious

consideration of the same.

2. Heard.

3. According to the petitioner, since the

settlement of his timings, a large number of fresh

services were introduced on the route and

accordingly, a fresh settlement of timings is

necessary.

Without expressing anything on the merits, the

writ petition is disposed of directing the

respondent to consider Ext P1 in accordance with

law, with due notice to the interested/affected

parties, as expeditiously as possible and at any

rate within a period of two months from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.
