                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 24th day of November 2021

This writ petition is filed seeking directions

to the 3rd respondent to take up the application

submitted by the petitioner for layout approval,

referred to in Exhibit P2 without delay.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1 st

respondent as well as the learned Government Pleader.

3. The learned standing Counsel appearing for

the Corporation submits that Exhibit P3 document

produced by the petitioner would show that the

application submitted by the petitioner has been

forwarded to the 4th respondent and that further steps

are liable to be taken on the application in accordance

with law.

There will, accordingly, be a direction to WP(C).No.23105 OF 2021

respondents 2 and 4 to see that appropriate steps are

taken on the application submitted by the petitioner. If

the same is received and pending with them, steps for

consideration of the application shall be taken within a

period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of

this judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
