                  VAKKILMADA, NANDIYODE,VANDITHAVALAM POST, CHITTUR TALUK,
                  PALAKKAD DISTRICT.AND OTHERS.




        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all
   proceedings in furtherance to the judgment and decree dated 25/03/2017
   passed in OS No.808/2012 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge's
   Court, Palakkad, pending disposal of the above appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 08/11/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.SAJAN
