          NSS KARAYOGAM NO. 2738, GURUPURAM, ALAPPUZHA, REPRESENTED BY ITS
          PRESIDENT, V.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, S/O.BHASKARAN NAIR, AGED 72 YEARS,
          PARAMESWARATH HOUSE, GURUPURAM, ALAPPUZHA.


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment dated 06.07.2020 in RCA No.15/2019 on
   the file of the Court of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (District Judge), Alappuzha and
   the order dated 06.07.2017 in RCP No.57/2017 on the files of the Rent Control Court,
   Alappuzha, till the disposal of the above Rent Control Revision.


        This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 09.09.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E.S.ASHRAF &
   K.S.KARUNAMOL, Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S R.C.NAIR, RAGHUL
   SUDHEESH, K.J.GLAXON & J.LAKSHMI, Advocates for the respondent, the court
   passed the following:
