        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment in OP No.24/2018 dated 1.6.2019 of
   the Family Court, Thalassery till the date of the final disposal of this
   appeal and allow this application in accordance with law to attain the
   ends of justice.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
