           KUMARAMPUTHUR VILLAGE, KALYANAKKAPPU DESOM, MANNARKKAD, PALAKKAD
           DISTRICT 678 582.

   RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/STATE:

           STATE OF KERALA, REPRESENTED BY THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH COURT OF
           KERALA 682 031.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed as per judgment
   dated 30.09.2021 in Crl. Appeal No.9/2015 arising from the files of the I
   Additional Sessions Judge, Thrissur arising from S.C. 377/2012 on the
   files of the II Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Thrissur, pending
   consideration of this Criminal Revision Petition.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
    and upon hearing the arguments of RAJIT, Advocate for the petitioner, and
   of the public prosecutor for the respondent the court passed the
   following:
                                      ORDER

Sentence shall stand suspended on the petitioner executing bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and also on deposit of the fine amount within 30 days from today.
