                          JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged

obstruction caused by the second respondent, to a

water course vested with the first respondent

Panchayat. The petitioner has filed Ext.P2

representation before the Secretary of the

Panchayat seeking restoration of the water course.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and also Sri.I.V.Pramod, learned Standing Counsel

for the first respondent Panchayat and Sri.Murali

Krishnan, learned counsel for the second

respondent.

3. Without expressing anything on the merits,

the writ petition is disposed of directing the

Secretary of the first respondent Panchayat to W. P. (C) No.9385 of 2021

consider Ext.P2 complaint, with due notice to and

after hearing the petitioner, the second respondent

and the aggrieved parties, as expeditiously as

possible.
