          SAMEERA'S HAJI ROAD, KANNUR - 670 001.

   RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS/PETITIONERS:

       1. ROHINI, AGED 80 YEARS, D/O.JANAKI AMMA.

            and 6 others

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the Judgment
   in RCA 104/2016 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority(
   District Court-I) Thalassery dated 4.2.2019 and also against the Order in
   RCP 28/2014 on the file of Rent Control Court, Kannur dated 29.2.2016 till
   the disposal of the Revision.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 30.3.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.RAJESH
   SUKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MS/.LIJIN THAMBAN &
   G.S.KRISHNAN KARTHA, Advocates for the respondents, the court passed the
   following:
                                      ORDER

Interim order stands extended by one month. Petitioner to take steps in the meanwhile.
