This original petition has been filed seeking speedy disposal

of R.C.P.No.25/2019 pending before the Rent Control Court,

Thiruvananthapuram.

2. A report has been called for from the Rent Control Court.

The learned Judge has reported that considering the pendency of the

cases, the RCP can be disposed of within a period of six months.

Hence, this original petition is disposed with a direction to

the Rent Control Court, Thiruvananthapuram to dispose of R.C.P.No.

25/2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
