Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit
filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order to enlarge the
time up to 30/06/2021 for implementing the judgment dated 23/11/2020 in
WP(C)No.20500 of 2020 insofar as related to the petitioner herein and to
pass appropriate orders.
This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's order dated
18/01/2021 in IA 1/2021 & IA 2/2021 and upon hearing the arguments

These applications are filed to accept additional documents. Since it
is not opposed, the same are allowed.
IA Nos.6 & 9/2021
These applications have been filed seeking extension of time to
comply with the directions in the judgment. Even though the judgment
restricts the parties from asking further time, we are of the view that
taking note of the Covid - 19 pandemic, some indulgence need to be
shown. In fact, Sri.Praveen K.Joy, learned counsel for the writ petitioner
also does not oppose the request for extension.
Resultantly, the above IAs are allowed and the time for complying
with the judgment stands extended until 30/6/2021.
