In view of the fact that the directions are to be complied with based on the judgment of this Court, the respondents cannot further delay compliance stating that the Council of Ministers have to approve such a decision in the cabinet meeting. Such a stand shall amount to contempt. However, taking a lenient view, we adjourn the matter to 18/5/2021 for reporting compliance. If the directions are not complied within the said period, the respondents shall appear in person on that day.
