                              JUDGMENT

When taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the

appellant submitted that the appellant is no more. Accordingly,

the learned Public Prosecutor was directed to file a report.

2. Now, a report has been obtained from the Station

House Officer, Chevayur police station stating that the appellant,

Mohanan V.K. had passed away on 14.12.2020. In the

circumstance, the appeal stands abated. It is also submitted that

the fine amount has already been deposited.

In the said circumstance, the appeal is closed as abated.
