      Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the

affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the

execution of the judgment and decree dated 29.06.2020 in O.S.

No.199/2014 passed by the Sub Court, Irinjalakuda, during the pendency

of the appeal.

     This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the the

affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's order dated

23-02-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.T.THOMAS, MATHEW B.
