    Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings in pursuance to the judgment dated 5/1/2021
in O.P.No.514/2019 of Family Court, Thalassery, pending disposal of the above appeal, in the
interest of justice.
     This application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application and the affidavit filed
in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.A.CHACKO, ALEKH
THOMAS and C.M.CHARISMA, Advocates for the applicants, the court passed the
following.

                                  ORDER

There shall be an interim order as prayed for, on condition that the appellant furnishes security for the decree amount, to the satisfaction of the Family Court within one month.
