Writ Petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit
filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be pleased to direct the 3rd respondent to file a
report before this Hon'ble regarding the lie and nature of 235.23 Ares(581.25 cents) of land
comprised in Surevey Nos. 711/1. 711/2, 711/3, 711/4, 711/18, 711/19, 711/20, of Piravom
Village, Muvattupuzha Taluk covered by T P No. Nos.8081 and 8082 of Piravom Village,
pending disposal of the writ petition.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and the affidavit
filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.K.SOYUZ &
E.V.BABYCHAN, Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the following:-

For information O R Dpurpose ER only Having heard the learned counsel for the parties on
either side, I deem it appropriate to pass an interim order directing
the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P12 with
notice to the petitioner. Ordered accordingly. This shall be done
within two weeks. The direction aforesaid shall be complied with in
the light of the decisions of this court in Renji K Paul v. Revenue
Divisional Officer, 2019 (2) KLT 262 and Geo Peter v. Revenue
Divisional Officer, 2019 (3) KLT 838. The petitioner shall produce
this order for compliance before the first respondent along with
copies of the judgments referred to above. Further proceedings
pursuant to Ext.P15 shall be deferred till orders are passed as
directed above.
