                               JUDGMENT

The application of the second respondent for grant of regular

permit on the route Vyttila Hub-North Paravur was considered by the

RTA on 01.02.2020 and was granted. Petitioner, who is an existing

operator on the route of Paravur-Ernakulam-Kaloor, raised objection

before the RTA. After hearing objectors, petitioner and others, permit

was granted subject to settlement of timings. Petitioner has approached

this Court contending that, he has got an objection regarding settlement

of timing. The second respondent appeared through

Adv.K.V.Gopinathan Nair.

2. Having considered the limited prayer sought by the

petitioner, I feel that, this objection can be considered at the time of

timing conference, which is to be ultimately fixed. Accordingly, Writ

Petition is disposed of by directing that the objection raised by the

petitioner shall be considered in the timing conference to be convened

for the purpose of finalizing the timing.

Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
