                               J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that he received copy of the impugned

order from the court below and wants to challenge

the legality and propriety of the order in another

proceeding before this Court.

In the result, original petition is dismissed

as having become infructuous. Execution

proceedings are, however, stayed for a period of

10 days. On expiry of the aforesaid period,

execution court will be at liberty to proceed

further. Registry will return the copy of the

impugned order produced forthwith.

All pending interlocutory applications will

stand closed.
