Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment and decree dated 31/07/2018 in OS
288/2012 before the Principal Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram until the disposal of this
appeal.
  This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's order dated 18-03-2020 in IA 1 of
