Seeking review of the judgment in W. A. No. 2414 of 2019, R. P.
No. 26 of 2019 is filed.
2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, attention of
this Court was invited to a memo dated 01.07.2020, filed by the Sri.
Thomas P. Kuruvilla, learned counsel for the review petitioner,
intending to withdraw the review petition. Memo filed by the learned
counsel for the review petitioner dated 01.07.2020 is reproduced
hereunder:-
"The above Review Petition has been filed to review
the judgment dated 02.12.2019 in W. A. No. 2414 of 2019. It
is submitted that the Review Petitioner is intending to
