  Writ Petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated

stay all recovery proceedings pursuant to classification of loan as NPA on
26-4-2015 in loan account No. ML-661 maintained by the Petitioner with
the 3rd Respondent until final disposal of this Writ Petition.
   The letter no SA 74/2019/274 of the Debt recovery Tribunal-1,
Ernakulam dated 3rd march ,2021 seeking extension of time for disposal
of securitisation Application no.74/2019 coming on for orders and this
Court's Judgment dated 21-08-2020 and upon hearing the arguments of
