                            JUDGMENT

The application filed by the petitioner in Form 6

under Section 27A of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy

and Wet Land Act, 2008 (in short, 'the Act') is

pending consideration before the first respondent.

The petitioner asserts that the property is not

included in the data bank published under the Act.

2. The first respondent shall on getting

necessary reports consider and pass appropriate

orders on the Form 6 application referred to above as

expeditiously as possible, and at any rate within a

period of three months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.

Writ petition disposed of as above.
