Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the following;

Issue notice by speed post to respondent. All proceedings pursuant to Ext.P3 order dated 17.02.2021 are stayed for a period of eight weeks, subject to the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) before the court below within 10 days from today. It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to deposit the amount as aforesaid, the execution court will be at liberty to carry forward the execution proceedings. Post after vacation.
