 Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the circumstances stated in the
appeal memorandum the High Court be pleased to stay the operation of the Order dated
23.07.2020 in RP No.423/2020 and implementation of the judgment dated 09.10.2019 in
WP(C) No.9486/2019, pending disposal of the above Writ Appeal.

  This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 16.03.2021 upon perusing the appeal
memorandum, and this Court's order dated 25-02-2021 , the court on the same day passed
